Return & Refund Policy

At BronxKing77 every item is made with care and produced specifically for your order. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We want you to be happy with your order, so if there is a problem caused by production, printing, damage, or an incorrect item being sent, we’ll work to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• A photo of the packaging or shipping label when applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Made-to-Order Products

Most BronxKing77Shop products are created specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changing your mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personal preference
• Incorrect information entered by the customer during checkout

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Size Exchanges

Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not guarantee exchanges when a customer selects the incorrect size.

Please use the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

If you believe you received a size different from the size shown on your order confirmation, contact us so we can investigate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has started.

Once an item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error on our part.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first:

1. Check around your delivery location.
2. Check with household members or neighbors.
3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located, contact BronxKing77Shop and we will review the situation with you.

BronxKing77Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, clearance products, personalized/customized products, and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
